The fair-play rules.

These terms apply to your use of jayeshkhatri.com (the “site”) and to calls and sessions booked through it. The site and the sessions are provided by Jayesh Khatri, Göteborg, Sweden (“I”, “me”). By using the site or booking a session, you accept these terms.

How I handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

The text, photos, design and other content on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, link to and share pages. Please do not copy, republish or use the content (including my photo) for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Company, university and product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to describe my experience and education. Their use does not imply endorsement. Code in my public GitHub repositories is covered by the licence stated in each repository.

Everything on this site, including book and course recommendations, videos and articles, is general information and my personal opinion. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or professional career advice.

Sessions on career guidance and personal finance are the same: I share my own experience and general knowledge, but I am not a licensed financial adviser. You remain responsible for your own decisions. For investment, tax or legal decisions, please consult a qualified professional.

• The Free Intro Call is free of charge and without obligation for either of us.
• It is booked through Cal.com. Please reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation email.
• I may decline, reschedule or cancel a call, for example if the topic is outside what I can help with.

• Price. The price is shown on the site and confirmed before you pay (currently €39 per hour). Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
• Booking. A request through the contact form is not yet a booking. The session is confirmed once we have agreed a time and you have paid in advance through the payment link.
• Rescheduling and cancellation by you. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start and get a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded, but I will try to offer a new time if something unexpected happened.
• Cancellation by me. If I have to cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
• Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a service contract. By asking for a session to take place within those 14 days, you agree that it may start before the withdrawal period ends, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the session has been fully delivered.
• Not happy? Tell me within 7 days of the session. If it clearly did not deliver what we agreed, I will offer a free follow-up or a refund.

Sessions are held by video call. Please do not record a session without asking first. What you share in a session stays between us.

Please do not misuse the site: no spam or automated messages through the contact form, no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, and no unlawful content. I may block messages or visitors that do.

The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Goodreads and Coursera. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Some links to books, courses or products may be affiliate links: if you buy through one, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I genuinely find valuable.

I keep the site accurate and available, but I cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or online. The site is provided “as is”.

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the site or a session. For a Paid Session, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If something goes wrong, please contact me first; most issues can be solved quickly. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, but if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

Consumers can also take a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

I may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies from the day it is posted. Sessions already booked follow the terms that applied when you booked.
